Shipping to Ireland

Courier & Tracking

  • 📦 Tracking number sent by email after dispatch

Delivery Time

  • ⏱ Typical delivery: 3–4 business days

  • Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse

  • No customs duties or import taxes for Ireland (EU intra-community shipping)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Software plans, credits, and activated licenses are non-refundable once used or activated

  2. Include your order number

  3. You will receive return instructions by email

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Typical processing time: 1–3 business days after inspection

Warranty

All hardware products sold on obdeleven.ie include:

  • 🛡 2-year warranty under EU law

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

It does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Improper use

  • Software misuse

Exchanges & Faulty Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged shipment

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Business Customers (VAT)

  • VAT invoices are issued automatically

  • EU VAT rules apply

  • Valid EU VAT numbers can be entered at checkout
