Software plans and digital services may be subject to additional terms by the manufacturer.

4. Ordering Process

  1. Customer selects products

  2. Adds to cart

  3. Completes checkout

  4. Receives order confirmation by email

A contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by us.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

  • Used digital credits

  • Customized products

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods, using the original payment method.

9. Warranty & Liability

All hardware products include a 2-year warranty under EU law.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or liquid damage

  • Improper use

  • Software misuse

  • Normal wear

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, except where prohibited by law.

10. Software & Licensing

OBDeleven software, applications, and services are licensed by their respective owners.

CartlineTech does not control software updates, availability, or functionality provided by third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.
